Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
Free Shipping
BraveMate is proud to offer free standard shipping (3-5 business days) on all orders, with expedited shipping (1-2 business days) available for an additional cost.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, including your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
BraveMate is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
International Shipping Policy
Currently, BraveMate ships to the United States only for consumer orders. We offer wholesale options for international orders and resellers. Wholesalers and international vendors should contact us through our "Contact Us" page.

We reserve the right to change this shipping policy at any time. Any changes will take effect upon posting on our website, and it is your responsibility to review the shipping policy each time you use our website.
Return Policy

At BraveMate, we're dedicated to providing our customers with top-quality products and a seamless shopping experience. If you're not completely satisfied with your BraveMate Supplements, we're here to assist.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the consumable and hygienic nature of our products, we cannot accept returns once they have been opened or used. Even for unopened products, once they leave our control, they may be compromised and unsuitable for resale. Refunds will not be issued without valid proof of a product issue.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information. We do not offer refunds or replacements for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Return Process
If you receive a defective product, one damaged during shipping, or an incorrect item, please reach out to our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. To process your return, please provide your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and relevant photos as proof.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, subject to your card issuer's policies.
Subscription Cancellations
We do not accept returns or offer refunds if you cancel your subscription on the same day it renews and the renewal has already been processed.
