Where Do We Ship?

BraveMate ships worldwide! Shipping costs are calculated based on your shipping address and will be added at checkout. Keep an eye out for our year-round discounts and promotions for exclusive deals.

Shipping Times

For orders stocked in one of our warehouses, delivery typically takes 3-10 business days. For products coming from our international warehouses, shipping times range from 7-20 business days, depending on your location.

With strategically located warehouses in the USA, Canada, Australia, Dubai, and Hong Kong, BraveMate serves customers across the globe. If the nearest warehouse to you is out of stock, we’ll ship from our Hong Kong warehouse to ensure timely delivery, no matter where you are.

Please note, if your item is on pre-order, it may take longer to arrive due to our on-demand manufacturing process. Most pre-ordered items will ship within 45 business days. If we are back-ordered, rest assured that your order will be processed in the order it was received. Our products are highly sought after, and we prioritize maintaining our high production quality.

Shipping & Handling Process

Our handling process usually takes 2-3 business days before handing over the orders to our shipping partners. Shipping times vary depending on your location.

Shipping Costs

We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders over $100. For orders below this amount, a flat rate of $12.95 will apply.

Please note that heavy and fragile items may incur additional shipping charges, which are calculated on a per-product basis. These items are not eligible for free shipping on orders over $100.

 

Return Policy

Shopping for your outdoor adventures should be exciting, and we want you to love every item you purchase from BraveMate. If something isn’t the right fit, you can return it for a refund within 14 days of delivery, provided it’s in its original condition and packaging.

Please note that custom-made items, such as Moss Art, Wall Panels, and Furniture, are eligible for refunds in the form of store credit only.

A 5% cancellation fee applies to cover transaction processing costs that are not refunded to us by Shopify if we process a cancellation.

You have the option to choose between a store credit refund or a refund to your original payment method.

BraveMate does not cover return shipping costs. Once we receive your returned item at our warehouse, we’ll begin processing your return, which typically takes 2-3 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

We know how frustrating this situation can be. We will issue you a brand new item once we confirm the item was defective. If the item is to be returned, shipping costs are to be covered by us.

We’ll provide return instructions for the damaged or defective item. Be sure to complete this process within 30 days of the delivery date.

We apologize for your less than perfect experience.

 

Return Shipping Guidelines

Our returns team will assist you by providing the closest location for you to ship your return. Once we receive the returned product, we’ll process your return within 2 business days.

To help us expedite the process, please include a tracking number with your return package. This allows us to track your shipment and ensure a swift return process. Please note that BraveMate does not cover return shipping costs.

The timeframe for returns depends on how quickly you ship the product and when it arrives at our warehouse.
